Sonic.exe is part of a genre of online horror stories known as creepypasta. In August 2011, user JC-the-Hyena submitted a story on the Creepypasta Wiki about a strange CD-ROM the narrator received from a friend. The CD had SONIC. EXE written on it (.exe is file extension designating an executable file).
Eyeless Jack is the titular main antagonist of the Creepypasta of the same name. He is an enigmatic stalker and killer who breaks into the protagonists' home to torment and steal from them.

On November 21, 2014, the story was officially terminated from Creepypasta, because the writer requested it to be taken down for thinking that since Jeff the Killer was removed, Eyeless Jack should be removed by him before the admins decided what happened to it.

Sonic.exe is a horror game, it is based on a creepy story about a person who played a haunted version of Sonic The Hedgehog. It is graphic in nature, includes scenes that are bloody and is designed to generate jump scares. Some children will be disturbed by it.
Ticci Toby was created by Wade Kastoway. Ticci-Toby is considered one of the most popular Creepypasta characters, alongside Slender Man, Jeff the Killer and Smile Dog.

She appears most famously as the titular main protagonist in both versions of her own story and the titular main antagonist in "Jeff the Killer Vs. Jane the Killer".
Jane was a lesbian married to a woman named Mary Vaughn.

Jeff the Killer is one of the acclaimed horror Creepypasta legends equivalent to the popularity of Slender Man. Created by Sesseur, the Creepypasta centers on Jeffery Woods, the 13-year-old evil protagonist of the series who garners the epithet “Jeff the Killer” later in the storyline.
The Origin of Eyeless Jack
At the age of 19, Jack Nyras was once a normal human of American origin before he was used by a cult as a human sacrifice; which involved the removal of his eyes and a liquid mixture of hot tar and blood being poured into his sockets.
His build is commonly described as slim but fit at the same time and reaching a height of around 5 to 6 feet (1.5 to 1.8 m). His clothing normally consists of a pair of black, skinny jeans with a white-hooded sweatshirt, sometimes stained with fresh and old blood from his victims.
